Alumshine measures exterior walls by 3D scanning or manual survey once the substrate is clean and windows are installed, then fabricates the panels in our North York shop — cut, routed and folded to specification with the installation hardware attached.

Every panel we install is custom. That means measurement is not a formality — it is the step that decides whether the façade fits.
We 3D scan the exterior walls or manually measure each length and angle, then fabricate in our own shop so tolerances stay under our control from drawing to delivery.
