Buildings
That Earn
Attention.

Plazas, clubhouses, warehouses and storefronts re-clad in ACM, corrugated metal and curtain wall — programmed around the site so the envelope never becomes the bottleneck.

01Approach

Commercial façades.

Commercial façade work is judged on two things: how the building reads from the road, and whether the scope lands on schedule.

We run estimation, façade design, shop drawings, 3D measurement, fabrication and installation as one continuous process, which removes the handoffs where commercial cladding usually slips.

From a single storefront elevation to a full clubhouse envelope, one Alumshine project contact carries the job from the first estimate to handover.

Commercial project
02What matters here

Priorities.

01

Brand presence

Corporate colours matched in ACM so the building does the marketing.

02

Schedule

Fabrication and delivery sequenced against the wider construction programme.

03

Envelope performance

Weather barrier, flashings and mounting systems detailed before panels arrive.

04

Single accountability

Estimation through installation under one contract and one contact.

03Systems

What we use.

ACM / ACP

Aluminum composite panels (ACM, also called ACP) are two bonded aluminum sheets over a solid polyethylene or fire-retardant core. The result is a flat, lightweight, rigid cladding panel that can be cut, routed and folded into custom façade shapes — used for exterior walls, soffits, column wraps, canopies and signage.

Aluminum Siding

Aluminum siding is a coated aluminum cladding board fixed horizontally or vertically to a building exterior. It is lightweight, insect-proof, non-rotting and 100% recyclable. Alumshine supplies smooth and textured profiles with a two-coat baked-on Polycoat 9000 finish, plus architectural-grade longboard systems used as an alternative to cedar.

Corrugated Metal

Corrugated metal panels are ribbed metal sheets used for siding, roofing and fencing. The rib depth controls both strength and how the surface catches light. Alumshine supplies four profiles — 7/8", 3/4", 1/2" and 1/4" — with coatings such as epoxy and ceramic that improve waterproof performance.

Curtain Wall

A curtain wall is a non-load-bearing façade of glass and aluminum framing hung from the building structure. It keeps air and water out, resists wind load and controls heat and noise. Alumshine installs both unitized systems, pre-assembled in the factory, and stick systems, assembled on site.

Aluminum Slatted Walls

Aluminum slatted walls are repeated aluminum profiles mounted on a carrier system with an open gap between each slat. The rhythm creates shadow lines and depth, and the gaps allow air movement and screening — used for feature elevations, entrances, soffits, privacy screens and interior walls.
